How Fast Will My Order Be Processed?
Where Is My Order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your package tracking information.
If you do not see this confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
You may also see your order details when you are signed into your account.
Can I Make Changes To or Cancel My Order?
Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted.
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to care@kyprisbeauty.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships.
If your order has already shipped out, our return policy will be in effect.
What If My Item is Damaged or Lost in Transit?
Please contact us at care@kyprisbeauty.com with your name and order number for assistance.
If you have any issues with a KYPRIS product purchased through a third party retailer, please contact the retailer for support. KYPRIS does not take responsibility for items purchased through third party retailers.
What If I Receive The Wrong Item?
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly, please reach out to us as soon as possible at care@kyprisbeauty.com, including your order number and images of the incorrect item.

What If I Don’t Want My Order And Have Refused The Package?
A Non-Delivery Fee of $15 plus cost of shipping will be charged for refused shipments. The fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit given.
How Can I Pay for My Order?
We accept the following payment methods

- Gift cards purchased from KYPRIS
Is My Order Eligible for Price Adjustments or Price Matching?
KYPRIS does not discount on our shop or permit discounting through our partners so pricing should be consistent. We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be added to applicable orders shipping to Arizona, California, Florida, New York, and Texas. Please note that tax calculations are based on the state and county shipping address on your order.
For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet. Details may be found at the website of your respective tax authorities.
What Carrier Do You Use to Ship My Order?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If free domestic shipping is offered, the order method will be determined at KYPRIS’ discretion. For orders where paid shipping is an option the customer may have the option to pick the carrier and shipping method.
Can I Return or Exchange My Products?
We really hope that you are delighted with your KYPRIS purchase. However, if you would like to return your unopened, unused product, please visit our Return Policy for instructions on initiating a Return Request.

Does KYPRIS Ship Internationally & Do I Have to Pay Fees, Taxes, or Duties?
Yes! For more information on the countries we ship to and the associated costs, please change your browsing country to the country you are shipping to.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or fees for which the patron is responsible. To avoid these fees, consider ordering from one of our International Retail Partners which can be found on our KYPRIS Partners page.

What Is The Products’ Warranty?
Kypris Beauty provides a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Kypris Beauty or its authorized retailers to be free of defects in materials or manufacturing up to 120 days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. To be eligible for warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt from Kypris Beauty or its authorized reseller. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Products and is not transferable.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
