Job Overview:
This is a part-time position with growth potential starting at 20-25 hours per week. The Education and Sales Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks, education for spa and retail accounts, treatment protocol development, writing education materials and protocols, account management, as well as supporting local retailers to drive sales. Travel is 1-4 trips per month on average, 1-3 days each.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and create treatment protocols - an intimate familiarity with both cosmeceutical and botanical ingredients a must.

Partner with Sales and Marketing Coordinator to write protocols for various spa partners.

Create education materials and outlines.
-
Deliver education to resort spas, day spas, and retail locations.

Offer input on new modalities and courses for KYPRIS team to learn.

Set up proper training cadence with each account.

Strategizes events, and promotional incentives in partnership with Director of Sales Operations and Director of Marketing.

Train all sales associates, inter-sell associates, estheticians, Spa Directors, and Store Managers on KYPRIS products and the appropriate selling techniques needed to achieve sales goals.

Resolve account concerns by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making strategic recommendations.

Track and monitor post training and event sales initiatives.

Oversee a select group of existing KYPRIS accounts.

Ensure accounts are communicated with weekly on any important opportunities, follow ups, stock concerns, marketing, or training needs.

Achieve monthly sales goals determined by Director of Sales Operations through account management, marketing, and training.

Receive account orders and forward to Logistics for processing.

Respond to customer inquiries and questions through the CARE inbox within 3 hours of assigned time.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, store owners, spa directors, aestheticians, and selling staff.

Support local retail partners in driving sales revenue on a weekly basis.

Train accounts other than direct assigned accounts.

Maintain CRM on a daily basis.
Requirements:
-
3 yrs minimum Sales and Education Coordinator or Education Executive background in luxury skincare.

Licensed esthetician with complementary modality certifications.

A strong working knowledge of cosmeceutical and botanical ingredients.

Must be able to travel a minimum 50% of the time.

Excellent written, oral, and communication skills.
-
Computer literate, with proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Licensed driver with clean driving record
