Our key goals for this role are growing our DTC by a multiple, increasing brand awareness, enhancing the customer experience - both B2C and B2B, and reporting / measuring all activities so we can collectively make data driven decisions.
 
The ideal candidate has most if not all of these qualifications, however to be successful in this role, you must be extremely organized, a good team player yet work well independently - most of our team is remote, a lifelong learner, understand the value of aesthetics and design, and be excited about making KYPRIS a luxury, household name.

Objectives of this Role

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.


  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Organize all assets: copy, images, translations, channel calendars, ideas, and interviews
  • Manage all marketing programs, channels, vendors, and partner agencies
  • Manage all content creation, execution, and implementation
  • Manage all contracts for vendors and SOWs, including approving hours and completed work.
  • Manage content creation and updates for internal touchpoints and customers, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Organize, edit, and work with Founder / CEO on interviews and written communications.
  • Oversee all marketing related vendors and contractors, approve hours and invoices.
  • Direct management of content creation contractors 
  • Assists with establishing a proposed marketing budget.
  • Assists with attorneys to obtain review and approval of marketing materials and to discuss legal matters related to marketing of the Company.
  • Work with sales team and key retail partners, such as department stores, multi location spas and apothecaries both domestic and international, to meet brand marketing needs such as collateral, images, sampling, gwps and manage the implementation of marketing programs with these clients.  
  • Establish, implement, and oversee customer loyalty programs, including terms and conditions for the same.  
  • Establish, implement, and oversee Company’s marketing calendar for all channels.  


  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel (once vaccinated or COVID goes away)

  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Multilingual a plus

    • Passion for Aesthetics: Beauty is an experience. Good organization, beautiful design, and adherence to visual brand standards creates less stress and helps to articulate our mission.
    • Experience: Experience in beauty categories is a must, previous luxury experience is a plus, digitally savvy, CRM experience– specifically HubSpot. Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing campaigns in tandem with Sales, Education, and Public Relations teams at local, national and international levels.
