A Wintery Dose Of Vitamin C

This wintery treat is chalk full of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, trace minerals, and the cancer and inflammation fighter anthocyanins. You get a double dose with the strawberries and the blood oranges. In fact, it's the anthocyanins that give blood oranges their unique color and nutrient profile.
To make this, all you need is a peeled and seeded blood orange or two (leave the pith it's where much of the vitamin c and fiber lives), a few handfuls of washed and de-stemmed strawberries, and a few leaves of mint. As organic as possible please! Then hit frappe!
This is a very dense, fruity treat. The above makes approximately two half tumblers of blood orange - strawberry - mint goodness.
