A Life Well Lived

Nothing feels better than getting some major love from an immensely talented childhood friend. Our friend, Amanda Frederickson, has studied the culinary arts and more from San Fran to Paris and has landed back in the Bay Area in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen and curating her gorgeous blog, A Life Well Lived. So in addition to thanking her for the impeccable deliciousness that comes from William Sonoma, you can also visit her site for some I-had-no-idea-it-was-gluten-free goodness. We sent some KYPRIS her way and click HERE to see what she had to say.

Thank you Amanda!!

PS Here are some of our favorite recipes from her blog. We HIGHLY recommend signing up for her email updates. Her posts are hilarious and the recipes are exactly what you would expect from someone who is a cook in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen. Divine.

For the guacamole you've been dreaming of, try Amanda's Game Day Guacamole. This can also be paired with eggs at a decadent brunch. Super rich in vitamin E and omega 3's. Your skin and your heart with thank you.

This Herbed Mushroom Polenta is nothing short of culinary heaven. She even takes you to the farmer's market with her. We especially love her appreciation for excellent ingredients. Mushrooms and herbs and garlic are fantastic for boosting the immune system during cold season. Plus a warm, decadent meal in winter is just what we're craving.

And for dessert, a Chocolate Hazelnut Flourless Cake. There's nothing to say. Our mouths are smiling and full. Yummmm.X
