KYPRIS Beauty Auto-Replenishment Service is a way for you to get the skincare products you want to be delivered regularly. Products are sent based on your preferred frequency.
You can update your orders at any time in your account on kyprisbeauty.com. As a member of the KYPRIS Beauty Auto-Replenishment Service, you will receive complimentary shipping and 10% off all Auto-Replenishment orders. Changes to orders can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.
How Do I Join Kypris Beauty Auto-Replenishment Service?
Joining KYPRIS Beauty Auto-Replenishment Service is simple. While browsing on a product page, select the Auto-Replenishment option next to your desired skin care product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.
What Happens Once I Join?
After you join KYPRIS Beauty Auto-Replenishment Service, you will receive an email confirming your Auto-Replenishment order. This email will include a link to access the Auto-Replenishment section in your account where you can manage your future orders, Auto-Replenishment products, and account information such as billing and address details.
We will place your Auto-Replenishment orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Replenishment account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your replenishment, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How Do I Make Changes to My Auto-Replenishment Order?
You can change your Auto-Replenishment Service next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel an Auto-Replenishment order by visiting Manage Subscriptions in your account on kyprisbeauty.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date: To change your next order date, please visit the Manage Subscriptions within your account and click the Manage Subscription, then, Next Charge Date. When you click the Next Change Date arrow, you will then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the Auto-Replenishment order.
Skip a delivery: To skip an Auto-Replenishment order, please visit the Manage Subscriptions section within your account and click Delivery Schedule. Click the Skip button next to the product you wish to skip shipment for.
Change shipment frequency: To modify the delivery frequency for an Auto-Replenishment item, please visit the Manage Subscriptions section within your account, and click Delivery Schedule. Click Manage Subscription for the product you wish to update. Click the Delivery Schedule arrow to change the delivery frequency for that individual Auto-Replenishment item. Update your desired frequency from the menu and click update.
Send an order now: To send an Auto-Replenishment order now, please visit the Manage Subscriptions section within your account, and click Delivery Schedule. Click Manage Subscription for the product you wish to Order Now. Click the Order Now button under the product to send that individual Auto-Replenishment item
Cancel Auto-Replenishment item: To cancel an Auto-Replenishment item, please visit the Manage Subscriptions section within your account and click the Manage Subscription button for the product you wish to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the page to click the Cancel Replenishment button. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the Cancel Replenishment button, your subscription will be canceled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Can I Add Items To My Next Order With An Existing Auto-Replenishment Service Order?
Yes. You can add a product to your order by visiting Manage Subscriptions in your account on kyprisbeauty.com. Under Replenishments, click the Add a Product button. Select your preferred product, and you will have the option to add the item as a one-time only or as a subscription item.
How Do I Make Changes To My Auto-Replenishment Service Account Information?
To review or modify your Auto-Replenishment account information, visit the Manage Subscriptions section in your account on kyprisbeauty.com.
To change your shipping address for an order, click Shipping Addresses. Click the Add Shipping Address button to create a new shipping address to add to your account. This address will apply to all Auto-Replenishment items and future orders unless otherwise noted.
To change your billing address for an order, click Payment Methods. Click the Edit button. You will be prompted to enter your email to receive additional directions via Shopify. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. Follow Shopify's directions via email. This billing information will apply to your Auto-Replenishment Service and future orders. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How Do I View My Future Deliveries?
Your next scheduled orders will be listed in the Manage Subscriptions section in your account on kyprisbeauty.com.
