Return Policy
We really hope that you are delighted with your KYPRIS purchase. However, if you would like to return your unopened, unused product, please follow the instructions below.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges. You, the Patron, are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the form of a KYPRIS store credit.
Returned merchandise must be unopened and unused, with packaging closed, sealed, and intact. Upon receipt of returned goods, KYPRIS reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements, in which case you may forfeit both the product and the store credit.
We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order for a different offering, please request a refund following the instructions below, return the original product to us and place a new order for your desired product. All returns policies/procedures apply. No returns will be accepted for international or final sale orders. See below for complete returns instructions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email care@kyprisbeauty.com within 14 days of the purchase date using subject line: Return Request and include your Order Number. Our Care Team will be happy to assist with providing a return shipping label. Return shipments must be sent out within 7 days of the Return Request. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any approved refunds issued.
All returns must include a completed Return Form which may be downloaded below.
Once you receive your return shipping label, please safely pack the products and include the Return Form. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the box and send it back to us by bringing the return to the carrier on the label.
KYPRIS does not assume responsibility for returns damaged or lost in transit.
Returns normally take up to 10-12 business days to deliver back to KYPRIS. Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the package arrives back to us. All refunds are issued via email in the form of KYPRIS store credit. Please retain the information for use of the store credit.
We do not accept and will not process international returns.
Returns On Promotional Items
If you are returning an order that included a promotional item (Sample Size Product or Gift With Purchase), the sample(s) and/or promotional item(s) must be included in your return. KYPRIS will not re-issue a promotional code for any orders that have been returned.
Kypris Loyalty Circle Points
Any KYPRIS Loyalty Points previously earned on an accepted return will be removed from your KYPRIS Loyalty Circle account. Points will then be re-awarded when you place a new order using your issued KYPRIS store credit.
Lost/stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the KYPRIS team at care@kyprisbeauty.com. Please note: KYPRIS does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Gift Returns
If you received KYPRIS as a gift and do not have an order number, please contact the KYPRIS Team at care@kyprisbeauty.com to initiate a Return Request. Please note, all returns policies/procedures apply; no returns will be accepted for international orders. Returned merchandise must be unopened and unused, with packaging closed, sealed, and intact. Upon receipt of returned goods, KYPRIS Beauty reserves the right to deny refund if the merchap/ndise does not meet our policy requirements.
