Position Overview
We are seeking a talented DTC and Content Manager with expertise in Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in: e-commerce, B2B marketing and communications, digital marketing, content creation, planning, reporting, community management, social support, and copywriting. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about skincare, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute DTC strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement (Shopify, Klaviyo (Email & SMS), Meta (Instagram, Facebook, & Shops), TikTok (Feed & Shops), Substack, and other related platforms)
- Set up assets in Klaviyo for email marketing & SMS campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and analysis.
- Set up assets in Hubspot, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Implement and manage Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant Google platforms to track performance and drive traffic.
- Create and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
- Set up assets in Klaviyo for email marketing & SMS campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and analysis.
- Execute B2B strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement. (Hubspot & Google Suite)
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and multimedia content.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects by meticulously managing deadlines and schedules.
- Serve as the primary custodian of the content calendar, diligently collecting assets, and executing strategies to meet established timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in DTC management, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Google platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms (Meta, TIkTok) for organic and shop feeds
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Oxford comma adherent)
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for skincare, nature, and sustainability is a plus.

Location
- Remote or Partial Remote within the US, (Scottsdale & Phoenix preferred)
Pay
$25-$30/hr; 7-10 hours per week, with potential for growth. Please note hours will flex up during holidays and key moments. (April, May, October, November, & December)
