Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our natural cosmeceutical skincare company as a Sales & Education Manager. In this role, you will primarily focus on driving sales of our skincare products while also dedicating a portion of your time to educating and training others on product knowledge. Your expertise in sales, product education, and training will be essential in supporting the CEO's vision and ensuring the success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

  1. Skincare Product Sales & Sales Management:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
    • Prospect and open new accounts
    • Leverage existing team to service existing and new business
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Schedule field team for trainings and events
    • Drive overall growth of existing and new business
  2. Product Education and Training:
    • Develop comprehensive product training programs for internal staff, retailers, and distributors.
    • Conduct training sessions to educate employees and partners on the benefits, features, and proper use of our organic skincare products.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and developments in organic skincare to enhance product knowledge.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational materials, including product guides, FAQs, and training presentations.
    • Support new product launches by providing training and support to the sales team.
    • Schedule the KYPRIS field team for training and events
    • Develop the field team as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of organic skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, G Suite, and MS Office Suite.

Time Requirements:

This is a full-time position based in Scottsdale, AZ requiring a commitment of approximately 40 hours per week and around 5 days per month of travel. However, flexibility may be required based on sales cycles, training needs, and business demands.

Hybrid Work: After the first month, hybrid work set up would be available.

Our office is across the street from Fashion Square Mall in Old Town.

Compensation:


Base + Commission + Benefits (Healthcare, Vision, Dental, 401k, PTO)
