Auto-Replenishment Terms & Conditions
By clicking the “Auto-Replenishment” button and placing your initial replenishment order, you agree to accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements for our Auto-Replenishment Service (“Auto-Replenish”).
Please read these Terms carefully.
These Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
You May Terminate Your Auto-Replenishment Service As Described In The Below Section Titled Replenishment Management And Cancellation.
When you purchase product(s) and enroll in the Auto-Replenishment Service, you are signing up for continuous shipments of such products. You may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you. On all Auto-Replenishment orders (initial and subsequent), you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on all auto-replenishment products and free Ground Shipping. Your order may contain a mixture of auto-replenishment items and one-time delivery items. However, only the auto-replenishment items will qualify for the 10% discount. Free shipping only applies to the Ground Shipping option.
KYPRIS, in its sole discretion, may alter, limit, or modify the Auto-Replenishment rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility, or any other feature of Auto-Replenishment Service, provided that we will send you an email at least fifteen (15) days before any material terms take effect (and provided the foregoing does not apply to any arbitration or class waiver terms that may apply to these Terms). KYPRIS may terminate Auto-Replenishment Service at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Only items where the Auto-Replenishment option is available will qualify for replenishment benefits. By placing your initial Auto-Replenishment order you are authorizing KYPRIS to charge your chosen payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected. Enrollment and discounts must occur on the initial transaction and cannot be applied to previous orders. Your credit/debit card details will be saved for future processing.
After your first order, your replenishment order will automatically create a new order (recurring order) according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.
You can edit or cancel your recurring order up until one (1) business day before your order is scheduled to be processed. If you do not cancel or change the delivery date of the recurring order in time, your replenishment order will be processed.
The total cost of each recurring order will be the cost of the items, less the 10% discount, plus sales tax, if applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price is changed on a product on an active subscription, you will be notified of the price change via email and the new price will appear on your pre-shipment email (and you may cancel your shipment or your account if you do not wish to replenish at that price). If a product is listed at an incorrect price, KYPRIS shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product with the incorrect price.
If an Auto-Replenishment item is out of stock on its shipment date, that specific recurring order will be canceled, and you will be notified via email. Your credit/debit card may reflect a pending transaction. This should be released within five (5) business days.
The replenishment promotion is not combinable with other promotions. They do not qualify for a gift with purchase or other promotional offers that may have been available when the initial replenishment order was placed. Recurring orders will not qualify for any sitewide promotions that are active during the time the order is processed.
Credit/debit cards are the only acceptable methods of payment for Auto-Replenishment orders (initial and recurring). All alternative payment methods (e.g., PayPal, After Pay, eGift Cards) will not be available for use on shopping carts including Auto-Replenishment products.
Credit/debit card failures (an expired or canceled card) will result in a recurring order cancelation until the payment method is updated. To update the payment details, log in to your account on kyprisbeauty.com and access the Manage Subscriptions section. If no action is taken to update your credit or debit card, your next shipment will be canceled, and the replenishment order will be paused.
Credit Card Authorizations and Charges
When you enroll in Auto-Replenishment, you agree to permit KYPRIS to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Before processing a recurring order, KYPRIS will send an email notification including all order details (order processing date, items in the order, the total transaction amount, shipping address, and last four digits of the credit/debit card assigned to the replenishment order). You can edit or cancel your recurring order up until one (1) business day before your order is scheduled to be processed.
Auto-Replenishment Service is only available on kyprisbeauty.com for specific items with the Auto-Replenishment option.
Gift with purchase promotions may apply to orders with Auto-Replenishment items on the initial order only. Discount promotions will not be applied to Auto-Replenishment items. KYPRIS may, in its sole discretion, change the ability to combine Auto-Replenishment items with other promotions without notice.
Replenishment Management and Cancellation
Auto-Replenishment orders can be managed in the Manage Subscriptions section of the Account page on kyprisbeauty.com. You may also cancel your Auto-Replenishment account at any time through that page, and that cancellation will take effect within 24-36 hours.
Please note, that you can edit or cancel your recurring order up until one (1) business day before your order is scheduled to be processed. If you do not cancel or change the delivery date of the recurring order in time, your replenishment order will be processed as scheduled.
In the Manage Subscriptions section, you can:
- Modify the shipping frequency.
- Modify the next shipment date.
- Update the quantity of replenishment items.
- Process the next order immediately.
- Skip the replenishment.
- Cancel the replenishment.
- Edit the recipient's name, address, and credit/debit card details.
If you choose to process the next shipment immediately, it can take up to 72 hours (about three (3) business days) to ship. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your replenishment order(s) at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Shipments directed to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
Auto-Replenishment Service is only available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states.
