We are seeking a Sales Operations & E-Commerce Manager to serve as a connective force across departments—ensuring systems run smoothly, inventory is optimized, customer needs are met, and critical projects are completed with diligence and care.


About the Role

This is a high-responsibility, highly collaborative position that blends operations, e-commerce, inventory planning, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation—potentially with an MBA or CPA—and is seeking a meaningful, hands-on role within a mission-driven brand.

You are comfortable operating within and between systems. You understand how sales, inventory, finance, and compliance intersect. You take pride in creating order, solving problems, and catching what others miss. You bring clarity to ambiguity and stay grounded when unexpected challenges arise.

You are a strong project manager and a proactive, non-reactive leader who helps keep the organization on track—including your own responsibilities. You are comfortable staying in close communication about your own priorities and timelines, and you bring clarity and momentum to cross-functional initiatives. You know how to follow up, follow through, close loops, and hold others accountable with thoughtfulness and consistency.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Ecommerce Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations for Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, and wholesale platforms

  • Oversee EDI integrations, vendor portals, and retailer compliance requirements

  • Maintain accurate product listings, inventory availability, and promotional scheduling

  • Support pricing and contract documentation, including maintenance of line sheets and sales tools

  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports across all channels

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee inventory tracking and reordering across all SKUs and sales channels

  • Coordinate with manufacturers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams to ensure timely restocks

  • Manage product kitting, sampling, GWP preparation, and influencer shipment fulfillment

  • Assist in purchase order creation, intake, and reconciliation

  • Ensure inventory integrity in systems such as CIN7, Sage, and QuickBooks Online

Customer Service & Communications

  • Provide high-touch, thoughtful support to both DTC customers and wholesale accounts

  • Resolve order issues and delays quickly and professionally through Gorgias or similar

  • Communicate clearly with fulfillment partners, internal teams, and retail partners

Administrative & Creative Execution

  • Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Sales to deploy content, promotions, and campaigns

  • Create and update branded sales assets, decks, and forms using Canva

  • Manage contracts via DocuSign and ensure digital records are well organized

  • Support email and Kajabi platform updates as needed

Systems & Compliance Support

  • Monitor and manage backend systems for accuracy and functionality (e.g. Yucca app, platform updates)

  • Assist with regulatory and tax compliance documentation across states and platforms

  • Liaise with external vendors or consultants to ensure timely submissions and updates

  • Support general troubleshooting, issue resolution, and administrative catch-all tasks that emerge across finance, operations, and compliance


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, sales coordination, or inventory planning

  • Strong proficiency in Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, EDI portals, and inventory systems (CIN7, Sage, or similar)

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Kajabi, Gorgias, Canva, DocuSign

  • Financially fluent; comfortable with reporting, forecasting, and cost tracking

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and proactive, with strong systems thinking and operational intuition

  • Technologically adept and eager to manage and optimize digital tools and workflows

  • Excellent project management skills: follows up, follows through, closes loops, and communicates clearly across stakeholders

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to express priorities, timelines, and questions clearly and professionally across functions

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; focused, self-managed, and calm under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000–$70,000 DOE

  • Paid time off and KYPRIS product/treatment discounts

  • Hybrid work structure in Scottsdale, AZ (in-person several days/week required)
